Sales Executive

Maiden Cricket · Full-time · UK Based - Hybrid

Help change the future of women's and girls' cricket. At Maiden Cricket, we're not just selling apparel, kit and clothing, we're building a movement. Founded by sisters Honor and Cat Black to solve the challenges female cricketers have faced for decades, we design purpose-built kit for women and girls, built for her, not adapted from his. We're growing fast, and we're looking for passionate, driven people to join our sales team and help us introduce Maiden Cricket to clubs, schools, universities, counties and cricket organisations across the UK.

About Maiden Cricket

Maiden Cricket is a UK-based brand designing purpose-built playing kit, teamwear and protective equipment for women and girls, tailored to female bodies for better fit, confidence and performance, rather than scaled-down versions of unisex/men's gear. We supply clubs, schools, universities and counties, and partner with county boards and grassroots programmes across the country. With a growing ambassador community of 300+ players, from rising stars to professionals, we're building something bigger than a product range. We're a movement to grow the women's game, and we are expanding looking for people to join our journey.

The role

As a Sales Executive, you'll drive sales growth and build strong relationships across our target market. Day to day, you'll identify and qualify new opportunities, manage an active pipeline, and run outreach to clubs, schools, universities, counties and grassroots organisations, presenting Maiden's teamwear and equipment solutions and helping decision-makers see what purpose-built kit can do for their players.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll work closely with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience, and feedback what you're learning about the market. • A great communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Curious, coachable and willing to learn.
