Shop Sales Executive

The Shop Sales Executive acts as a key point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, providing expert guidance on Logistics UK products and services. As an important member of the commercial team, the role works closely with the website, marketing and buying teams to ensure products are promoted accurately and effectively, maximising customer engagement and sales opportunities. The role is also responsible for supporting the monitoring of stock levels, identifying sales trends, and providing insight into product performance to help shape future product offerings and ensure customers have access to the most relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Provide accurate administrative support for both orders and return of products.
  • Work closely with our Fulfilment Partners to ensure order accuracy and exceptional customer experience.
  • Support other key stakeholders within the business with information and activity to drive sales and protect profit.
  • Providing support to our non-account managed members and customers.
  • Following up on web and general enquiries to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our product portfolio.
  • Supporting the Finance Team with invoice queries and overdue payment processes.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and communications within the CRM system.
  • Meeting service level agreements and supporting colleagues across the wider business.
