Role and Responsibilities:
- Drives new business by identification and research into new sales opportunities
- Builds and maintains contact databases
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions
- Maintains relationships with existing clients
- Provides regular, ongoing information on new products and services
- Actively follows up all quotations raised and provides feedback
- Gathers general customer feedback, market activities, and competitor information
- Contributes to sales team effort by meeting individual and team sales targets & gross margin targets
- Promotion of all products along with added value services such as fabrication and processing
- Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion
- Responding to Internal emails in a timely manner
- Supports Administration function by helping with transfers and booking in goods
- Occasionally visits customers when necessary to promote BM Steel and its products

Skills and Qualifications:
- Be confident on telephone with new contracts
- Build client relations
- Promote excellence
- Be enthusiastic and energetic
- Be motivated to sell and be driven to meet personal and team targets
- Able to work independently
- Ideally experience of dealing with Fabricators/Engineers
