Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, creating orders and resolving customer issues.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a sales background, can work under pressure and has reasonable math skills.

Duties:

  • Answer product related questions
  • Create quotations
  • Analyse customer drawings and calculate the required products
  • Resolve customers complaints with the support of your team
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to allocate delivery dates for customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
