Join Labl.it as a Sales Executive and Drive Our Growth!

About us:

Labl.it is an all-in-one commercial kitchen labelling solution. Our technology helps commercial kitchens to stay compliant with regulations, improve their speed of operation, and save money.

Founded in 2020, Labl.it is now a team of 12 employees, and we’re proud to be trusted by over 3500+ hospitality businesses, including Harrods, Hilton, and Turtle Bay.

It’s really important to us that every Labl.it employee enjoys their work, feels included, delivers their best, and wants to see everyone in the business succeed. We’re excited about our potential for sustainable growth over the next year, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to be a key part of this journey.

The Sales Executive Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of our sales-led growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing leads generated by our marketing team and closing new business opportunities. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated by achieving targets, thrives on building strong relationships, and is excited by the potential to make a significant impact on our company's success.

You’ll report to our CEO and will be instrumental in expanding our reach within the hospitality market. If you’re a results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a knack for understanding client needs, this could be the perfect role for you.

Ultimately, the purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied clients and building a strong pipeline for future success.

Base Salary: £25,000

OTE: £38,462 (uncapped commission)

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (35 hours per week). Occasional attendance at industry events may be required outside these hours, with notice provided in advance.

Benefits (in addition to statutory):

  • 36 days annual leave, plus an extra paid day off for your birthday
  • Professional development budget
  • Monthly team building: We clock off early once a month to spend a few hours enjoying an activity chosen by the team, such as go-karting, bouldering, or virtual darts competitions.
  • End-of-month lunch: Lunch at the Chilworth Arms is on us on the last Friday of the month.
  • A life admin hour: One paid hour a month to use as you please - some people hit the gym, others get their nails done, some just enjoy an early finish for the weekend. This increase to two hours with 100% attendance in the previous month.
  • Competitive commission structure with high earning potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
