Company Description
Direct Bullion is independently rated as the UK’s No.1 bullion dealer, specialising in LBMA-accredited gold coins and bars. The company delivers a high-quality, personalised, seamless purchasing experience for clients across the UK. Over the past decade, Direct Bullion has fulfilled tens of thousands of orders, worth hundreds of millions of pounds, for a broad base of satisfied customers. Direct Bullion treats gold as a store of value rather than an investment product, and the company does not provide investment or tax advice. Applicants can expect a professional environment that emphasises integrity, client education, and transparent communication around market risks and pricing.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in London. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, provide information on LBMA-accredited gold products, and guide them through the purchasing process with a consultative, service-focused approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting follow-up calls and emails, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, clearly explaining product features and market dynamics, and ensuring compliance with company policies on non-advisory sales. Collaboration with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and an excellent client experience is a key part of this position.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
