Sales Executive – Signs & Imaging

Salary: £27,500 basic + commission
OTE: £35,000+
Full-time, permanent

Are you great with people and ready to build a career in sales?

We are looking for a positive, dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to become a key part of our growing Signs & Imaging business.

This is not about aggressive selling or spending all day cold calling.

It’s about providing brilliant customer service, having great conversations, understanding what customers need and turning genuine enquiries into successful sales.

You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, whether they arrive by telephone, email, digitally or in person, and will take responsibility for helping those opportunities progress through our sales process.

You’ll also nurture existing prospects, follow up quotations and build relationships with our repeat client accounts.

What will you be doing?

You will be trained to support customers throughout the complete sales journey, including:

  • Responding to new telephone, email, digital and face-to-face enquiries
  • Understanding exactly what the customer is looking to achieve
  • Asking the right questions and actively listening
  • Providing advice and guidance on the products and services available
  • Preparing and following up quotations
  • Proactively nurturing prospects using a proven contact plan
  • Converting enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders
  • Developing relationships with existing and repeat customers
  • Identifying additional opportunities within client accounts
  • Keeping accurate records of conversations, opportunities and follow-ups
  • Working closely with the business owners to give every genuine opportunity the best possible chance of success
  • Providing clear and accurate information to other departments so that confirmed orders can be delivered successfully

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
