Sales Executive - VERiFAIR
Remote - UK
Self-employed | Commission-only | Uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
VERiFAIR is the UK’s independent standard for responsible hospitality employers, created to recognise and champion businesses committed to providing fair, responsible and positive places to work. Through independent annual verification, we give hospitality businesses a recognised way to demonstrate their commitment to their people and give employees greater confidence in where they choose to work.
Following our launch and growing industry support, we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Executive to help grow our network of VERiFAIR verified businesses across the UK.
The Role
This is a fully remote, commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential and additional performance-based bonuses.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and approaching hospitality businesses, introducing them to VERiFAIR and converting new prospects into paying members.
Your day-to-day activity will include:
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Proactive outbound calling
- Email and LinkedIn outreach
- Identifying prospective hospitality businesses
- Speaking directly with owners, founders and senior decision-makers
- Following up leads consistently
- Explaining VERiFAIR and our verification options
- Converting prospects into new VERiFAIR members
- Keeping accurate records of conversations and opportunities

There is no requirement to attend external meetings or events. The position is fully remote, with regular virtual catch-ups, training and support directly from the Founder.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone ambitious, confident and hungry to build their career in sales.
You’ll ideally have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development or a similar commercial role
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation
- A confident and personable telephone manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- The confidence to approach and engage senior decision-makers
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- The motivation and discipline to work independently
- A genuine drive to achieve targets and maximise your earnings

Hospitality experience would be useful, but isn’t essential. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, energy and commercial instinct.

This is a self-employed, commission-only position with no basic salary.
We’re looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity, someone confident in their ability to sell and excited by having their earnings directly linked to their performance.
