Sales Executive
We're looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business and build a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on outbound sales role. You'll be speaking directly with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, running product demonstrations and following up consistently to turn opportunities into customers.
You'll have ownership of your own pipeline and targets, while working closely with a small team to share what's working, improve our approach and drive growth.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, motivated by targets and persistent enough to keep going when prospects don't answer or deals don't move immediately.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and generating new business through outbound calls and emails
- Making outbound calls consistently as a core part of your working day
- Qualifying prospects and understanding their needs
- Running engaging online product demonstrations with qualified prospects
- Following up consistently to move opportunities through the sales process
- Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
- Managing your own pipeline and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Working towards individual activity, pipeline and revenue targets
- Reviewing performance with the sales team and helping us refine our sales approach

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
