B2B Exhibitions (Beauty Portfolio)
Coventry (office-based)
£28k basic + Commission (uncapped)
Love beauty? Love selling? This is a rare chance to combine both.
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing exhibition organisers, running award-winning trade shows across the UK and internationally. Their beauty portfolio is their strongest and fastest-growing, and its flagship is a leading B2B beauty trade show in London.
In just two years it has grown so fast that next year's floor space has already been expanded three times, and its onsite rebook this year brought in more than the whole show did the year before.
They're now looking for a Sales Executive to join the beauty team and help keep that momentum going.
The role
You'll sell exhibition stands and sponsorship packages, spending most of your time on the London show and supporting the team's international beauty event during its busiest selling periods. This isn't a cold-calling grind. Most leads are warm, coming from marketing, inbound enquiries and contacts met at shows. Your job is to nurture them, ask the right questions and close.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
