Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at our Aldershot dealership. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom and over the phone, providing advice on new and used vehicles, finance options, and additional products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, booking and conducting test drives, preparing and presenting quotations, and progressing deals from initial enquiry through to handover. The role involves maintaining accurate records in dealership systems, following up with prospects and existing customers, and working closely with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive will also ensure vehicles and the showroom are presented to a high standard and uphold all compliance, brand, and customer service requirements.

  • Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Confident communication and negotiation abilities, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Solid numeracy and basic finance understanding to explain pricing, offers, and financing options clearly.
  • Competence in using CRM and dealership systems, as well as standard office software.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to conduct customer test drives safely and responsibly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as required by dealership opening times.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in franchised dealership environments and knowledge of the brands represented by Drive are advantageous.
