Role Description

The Sales Executive role at KISWA FOODS LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The Sales Executive will manage existing customer accounts and actively seek new business opportunities within the wholesale food sector. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves:

The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with logistics and warehouse staff to support timely deliveries and address any service issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with experience in business-to-business environments preferred.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills.
  • Good organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail in handling orders and sales documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in using office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) to manage leads, accounts, and reports.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the food or wholesale sector, with the ability to understand product ranges and customer needs.
  • Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team.
  • Valid right to work in the United Kingdom; a full driving license is an advantage for customer visits.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred but candidates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
