Ready for a role that's more than just another day in retail?

This summer, step into a field-based sales role where you'll manage your own territory, build relationships with local businesses, and help drive sales for some of the UK's favourite brands, including KitKat, Aero, Yorkie and Smarties.

No micromanagement. No two days the same. Just the opportunity to make your mark, grow your career, and be rewarded for the results you deliver.

Full Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday | 37.5hrs

Salary: £25,000 - £26,500/annum

What make this role different?

You'll be the face of Nestlé within your territory, working directly with independent retailers and convenience stores to help them maximise sales opportunities.

You'll have the freedom to plan your day, build lasting customer relationships and influence what shoppers see when they walk into store.

If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this could be the perfect next step.

A Typical Day Could Include

  • Building relationships with store owners and decision makers
  • Helping retailers maximise sales opportunities within their store

  • Creating eye-catching displays that drive shopper engagement
  • Collecting stock from the cash & carry, including pushing trolleys & undertaking manual handling
  • Supporting promotional activity and increasing brand presence
  • Managing your own territory and planning effective store visits

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
