Telesales Representative
Hinckley (Office-Based)
£26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £41,000+)
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, high-performing business looking to add a Telesales Representative to their call centre team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment and enjoys speaking with customers daily.
You’ll play a key role in converting inbound enquiries, generating outbound opportunities, and booking high-quality appointments.
The Role
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales journey
- Assist customers with applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Take deposits and manage transactions confidently
- Book qualified appointments for field-based teams
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently promote offerings
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For
- Essential: Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or a phone-based sales role
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
- Experience handling objections and closing sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High attention to detail when handling customer information

- Confident on the phone and enjoys building rapport with customers
- Resilient with a strong desire to succeed
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
