Client Relationship Manager | Birmingham, Hybrid

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + incentive-based rewards

The Opportunity

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys a mix of new business development, account growth and relationship management?

We’re working with a leading provider of professional learning and development solutions that is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join its growing sales team in Birmingham.

This is a genuine 360 sales role, giving you the opportunity to win new business, grow existing accounts and build long-term relationships with high-value clients.

You’ll also benefit from a structured in-house sales academy, ongoing coaching and plenty of opportunity to develop your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Build, manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead client meetings and understand customer requirements
  • Present relevant solutions and identify commercial opportunities
  • Prepare tailored quotes, proposals and presentations
  • Manage and prioritise your sales pipeline
  • Analyse sales activity and performance to maximise conversion
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Confident with new business prospecting
  • Experienced in building and developing client relationships
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Confident presenting and leading client conversations
  • Organised and able to effectively manage a sales pipeline
  • Motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Keen to develop and progress within a high-performing sales environment
