Sales Executive

Reports to: Commercial Director
About YEW
YEW is a sparkling water brand made by people who care about taste. Delicious drinks with zero sugar, zero sweetener, no calories and only natural ingredients: Green Apple, Pink Rhubarb, Yuzu Grapefruit and, most recently, Pickle!
We are already listed with Holland & Barrett, Selfridges, Farmer J, Shake Shack, Planet Organic, Zapp, Amazon and more than 150 independent cafes, delis, grocery stores, restaurants and offices. And in 2026 we did something no one else had done before: we launched the world’s first pickle sparkling water. It became a widely talked about product launch and we are just getting started! The flavoured sparkling water category is growing fast and we are growing with it. This is an opportunity to join a founder-led brand at the point where things really start to motor.
The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our small but ambitious team. This is a field first role: you will be out on the streets of London and the South East, building relationships with buyers, winning new accounts and making sure YEW is getting attention on shelf and behind the counter. Expect to spend up to four days a week in the field, at events or running sampling activity, with one day based at our Hackney Wick office.
Alongside your field activity, you will take ownership of our digital sales reporting. That means tracking performance across Amazon and our direct to consumer channel, pulling together the numbers and helping the business make sharper decisions. You will report directly to the Commercial Director.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
