Sinar Technology UK - Sales Executive

Sinar Technology UK is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Executive to grow our business across the UK agricultural, grain, and post-harvest sectors.

This is a field-based, new-business sales role for someone who enjoys being out in the market — meeting customers, developing relationships, generating opportunities, and closing business.

We're looking for someone who understands the agricultural and post-harvest environment and has the drive to actively develop a territory and build a strong sales pipeline.

The person we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within the agricultural, grain, or post-harvest sector is essential.
  • Your background could include:
    • Grain handling, storage, or drying
    • Agricultural machinery or equipment
    • Grain merchants
    • Milling or seed processing
    • Feed mills
    • Grain quality, testing, or inspection
    • Agricultural technology
    • Moisture measurement or testing equipment
    • Post-harvest processing
    • Agricultural distribution
    • Other related agricultural or post-harvest businesses

You should already understand one or more of these markets and be comfortable speaking directly with the people working within them.

This could include farmers, grain merchants, millers, processors, feed mills, distributors, production managers, quality teams, and other agricultural businesses.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
