Job Description
Every deal you close pays you every single month for as long as that client stays with us.
Not once. Every month. Sell it in March and it's still paying you next March, and the March after that. Most sales roles reset your number to zero on the first of the month. This one doesn't.
That's the job. Here's the rest of it.
What You'd Be Selling
Envoy is an AI outbound engagement platform for UK small businesses. It finds the right companies, researches each one properly, then writes a personalized email that genuinely sounds like the client wrote it. Every message goes through a human approval gate before it sends. No mail merge. No spray and pray. No damaged domains.
Your buyers are the three to fifteen person B2B businesses that everyone else ignores. They have no lead gen function, no marketing team, and no idea why their outbound doesn't work. There are hundreds of thousands of them in the UK and almost nobody is selling to them properly.
Why This Is an Easier Sell Than Most
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You're talking directly to the owner. No procurement. No IT sign-off. No approved supplier list. No six-month cycle. They make the decision on the call because it's their money and their business.
And here's the bit that makes the difference: we use Envoy to sell Envoy. You'll be running your own pipeline through the product you're selling, which means you can show a prospect exactly what it does by showing them what it did to you. Best demo in the business, and you'll never be selling something you haven't personally seen work.
What's in It for You
- An onboarding commission on every deal, weighted so the bigger the package you sell, the more you earn on day one.
- Ten per cent of the recurring revenue, for as long as that client stays. It compounds. Month twelve looks very different to month one.
- No cap. No territory. No one taking your accounts off you.
- You're early. First reps in get the cleanest market and the best accounts, and you'll be shaping how this is sold rather than inheriting someone else's playbook.
- Direct access to me. We're small, bootstrapped, and fast. If something needs changing, it gets changed that week.

Who This Is For
- You've sold lead gen, recruitment, marketing services or software to small businesses, and you know what it's like to sit across from an owner who's been burned before.
- You close. You don't hand off at the meeting.
- You like volume. Lots of conversations, quick decisions, fast momentum.
- You're UK based.
Being Straight With You
This is commission only. Your first quarter will be about building the book, and your second year is where it gets genuinely interesting. If you need a base salary and a pipeline handed to you, this isn't your role and we'll both know it in ten minutes.
If you back yourself, this is the best annuity a salesperson can build.
You'd work alongside Nathan, our Head of Sales.
Apply here, or message me directly and tell me about the last thing you sold that nobody thought you'd sell.
