Alongside this role, you'll complete a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while developing the skills and experience needed to build a successful career.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive Apprentice, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a territory across the UK. You'll work closely with our dealer partners, building strong relationships, supporting existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills in sales, business development, and account management while receiving structured training and support throughout your apprenticeship.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners.
  • Managing and growing an assigned sales territory.
  • Supporting existing dealer partners and helping them maximize opportunities with First Response Finance.
  • Prospecting and onboarding new dealer partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business within your territory.
  • Gathering and sharing market insight and feedback.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent dealer experience.
  • Developing knowledge of our products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Salary & Reward

  • Starting salary of £20,076.00
  • Regular salary increases
  • Annual company bonus scheme
  • Christmas bonus
  • Profit share bonus paid in April

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • One Saturday per month, 10:00am to 4:00pm
  • Hybrid working available
  • 23 days holiday, increasing with service
  • Buy and sell holiday scheme after probation

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Have the full right to work in the UK

Desirable Requirements

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Have access to a vehicle for business travel (mileage expenses reimbursed)
