About Veynoir Metalworks
Veynoir Metalworks Ltd is a UK-based architectural hardware brand specialising in premium brass door, window and architectural hardware.
We are looking for an experienced UK Sales Executive who understands the architectural ironmongery and hardware industry and can help us expand our presence across the UK.
This is a relationship-driven B2B sales role. The ideal candidate will already understand the industry, know how showrooms and stockists operate, and ideally have an established network of contacts across the sector.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing Veynoir's B2B presence across the UK through direct sales, showroom visits, relationship building and business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting architectural ironmongery showrooms, hardware showrooms, wholesalers and stockists across the UK.
- Conducting face-to-face B2B sales meetings and product presentations.
- Introducing Veynoir products to potential distributors, retailers and trade customers.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with showrooms, wholesalers, stockists and distributors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing new customer accounts.
- Following up with prospects after meetings, samples and product presentations.
- Understanding customer requirements and communicating feedback to the Veynoir team.
- Developing relationships with online retailers, e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Approaching relevant online marketplaces and platforms for vendor/supplier onboarding.
- Negotiating commercial opportunities and helping develop new sales channels.
- Maintaining a pipeline of prospective and existing customers.
- Representing Veynoir professionally within the UK architectural hardware industry.
- Travelling throughout the UK as required to develop the customer base.

Who We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone with substantial existing experience within the industry.
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years of professional sales/business development experience.
- Experience within architectural ironmongery, door hardware, window hardware, building hardware, builders' merchants or a closely related industry.
- Strong understanding of the UK B2B hardware/ironmongery market.
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face sales visits and travelling to customer locations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently identify and approach potential customers.
- Commercially driven and comfortable working towards sales targets.
Highly desirable:
- An established network of contacts within UK architectural ironmongery.
- Existing relationships with showrooms, wholesalers, distributors or stockists.
- Experience working with online retailers or marketplaces.
- Existing relationships with purchasing managers, buyers or business owners within the industry.
- Experience launching or introducing new hardware brands/products to the market.

Commission Structure
This is a commission-based opportunity, designed for an experienced sales professional who is confident in generating business and developing long-term customer relationships.
The commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and will reflect the business generated.
There is potential for the role to develop into a longer-term position as Veynoir expands its UK operations.
