Are you an experienced aviation sales professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive with experience within the aviation, aerospace, or aircraft parts sector to join a growing and customer-focused business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Working with airlines, MROs, operators, and aviation customers worldwide, you will play a key role in developing business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing both existing and prospective customer accounts while identifying new opportunities within the global aviation market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with aviation customers across international markets.
- Managing enquiries from receipt through to quotation, negotiation, and order completion.
- Proactively developing sales opportunities and generating new business.
- Following up quotations and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiating pricing and commercial terms to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Working closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM/internal systems.
- Monitoring market activity and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to wider business objectives.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in an aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, MRO, or related aviation sales environment.
- A proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate sales growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to exceed targets.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience with aviation inventory or ERP systems would be advantageous.
