Broadway Events is an award-winning independent events organiser, delivering market-leading exhibitions and conferences across the education and healthcare sectors. We create events where communities connect, innovate and thrive, bringing together thousands of professionals each year to learn, network and do business.

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, winning new business and being rewarded for your success, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for selling exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities across our portfolio of award-winning B2B events.

This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role where success comes from building relationships, generating new business and delivering excellent customer service. You'll be expected to maintain a minimum of 70 minutes of outbound client engagement each day while managing your own sales pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Selling exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities to new and existing clients.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Building long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Managing your own sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiating prices and confidently closing sales.
  • Following up enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our event portfolio.
  • Representing Broadway Events at exhibitions and industry events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development or exhibition sales would be an advantage.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls in a target-driven environment.
  • Motivated, resilient and driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.
  • A positive team player with a professional approach.

What We Offer:

£25,000 Basic Salary + Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 plus uncapped commission over OTE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
