What are you going to do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities from leads provided by our in-house systems
  • Run outbound outreach via calls, email, and other channels to open conversations with prospects
  • Clearly explain our service, benefits, and features to prospective clients
  • Guide clients toward annual subscriptions, while offering monthly plans as an easier entry point early on
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client accounts
  • Hit and maintain the following performance targets:
    • 20 engaged conversations per day from week 2 onward
    • 20 open proposals by the end of week 4
    • 10 sales per day by week 6

What We're Looking For

  • Personable, articulate, and confident on the phone and in writing
  • Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward clear targets and KPIs
  • Relationship-focused — you build trust quickly and follow through
  • Experience with a CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Telephony system experience is a plus
  • Previous sales experience is not required — what matters most is your ability to connect with people and your drive to succeed
