Job Description

Thirsty for a change?

Join our growing team as a Sales Executive, representing iconic brands such as Lucozade Energy, Lucozade Sport, Ribena and -196. Salary: £30,121.60 + 10% bonus, plus company manual van, expenses, tablet and mobile phone

Ideal location: Harrow, United Kingdom, HA0

Territory: London N, London NW, London SW, London W and surrounding areas

This is a field-based, KPI-driven sales role

As a Sales Executive,

you'll be out on the road every day, driving a manual company van stocked with products and visiting independent and convenience stores across your territory.

Your job is to sell the stock you are carrying directly into stores, grow the range of products they stock and identify every opportunity to increase sales and visibility.

You'll have clear sales targets and KPIs to achieve, which contribute towards your quarterly bonus, so you'll need to be motivated by results and enjoy the challenge of making a sale.

You'll also spend approximately one day per month working at a Cash & Carry activation, engaging with retailers and driving sales.

What will you be doing?

  • You'll visit retailers including Premier, Londis, SPAR, Best-one and independent convenience stores, as well as wholesale depots such as Bestway.
  • Over 90% of the stores you visit will already stock some of our products. Your role is to build on this by:
  • Selling additional products and stock directly into retailers
  • Growing the number and range of products stocked in each store
  • Working towards clearly defined sales KPIs and targets
  • Identifying sales opportunities and confidently asking for the sale
  • Merchandising products and increasing their visibility in store
  • Building strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
  • Managing your own stock and driving a manual company van throughout your territory
  • Taking ownership of your territory and using data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Attending a Cash & Carry activation approximately once per month

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
