Sales Executive - Bradford BD4
Location: Bradford, BD4
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
OTE: £37,500 - £42,500
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
The Role
Office Angels are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the healthcare and medical sector. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive sales activity and account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into business
- Proactively contact prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management, or customer-focused role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Self-motivation with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Access to your own vehicle is essential
- Willingness to attend off-site, customer visits, and industry events as required
- Ability to travel throughout the region and occasionally further afield to support business development activities
