About Doris CCTV

Doris CCTV is a growing UK distributor of CCTV, security, intercom, and networking solutions. We work with leading brands including Uniview, DNAKE, Ruijie/Reyee, and other major security manufacturers.

As we continue expanding across the UK, we are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Birmingham branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building customer relationships, winning new business, and being part of an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and attract new trade customers, including CCTV installers, electricians, security companies, and IT/networking professionals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Proactively contact potential customers through telephone calls, emails, and direct outreach.
  • Generate sales leads, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
  • Welcome and assist trade customers visiting our Birmingham branch.
  • Promote our CCTV, intercom, networking, and security product ranges.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Work towards individual and branch sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on enquiries using our CRM system.
  • Support local marketing campaigns, trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  • Help increase the Birmingham branch’s turnover, customer base, and market presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Confident in making outbound sales calls and approaching new customers.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in CCTV, security systems, electrical wholesale, or IT networking is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of brands such as Uniview, Hikvision, Dahua, Ruijie, or DNAKE would be an advantage.

Experience in the security industry is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
