About the Role
We are supporting a rapidly growing international fintech company in hiring an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth across European and international markets.
Founded in 2018, the company helps businesses securely send, receive, and exchange funds in more than 65 currencies across 190+ countries. With over 200 employees across multiple international offices, the company combines the agility of a fast-growing fintech with the stability and profitability of an established scale-up.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in fintech, payments, FX, or banking who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Location: London, UK / Riga, Latvia / Luxembourg / Amsterdam
Work model: Hybrid, 4 office days, 1 remote

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Quarterly Commission
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound sales activities across assigned markets and industry verticals.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients through strategic prospecting and relationship-driven sales.
- Leverage your professional network to generate business opportunities and accelerate portfolio growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, CFOs, finance leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Develop partnerships with legal firms, corporate service providers, consultants, and other referral partners.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records.
- Collaborate closely with Client Management and Revenue teams to maximize client value and retention.
- Contribute to sales strategy development and execution to support company growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience within fintech, payments, foreign exchange (FX), banking, or related financial services.
- Proven success in outbound sales and new business development.
- Strong understanding of international payments, FX products, and multi-currency banking solutions.
- Experience selling to SMEs, mid-market, or international businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
- Established professional network and a relationship-led approach to sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
- Experience working with clients in sectors such as e-commerce, wholesale trade, logistics, technology, or professional services would be advantageous.
- Fluent English is required.
- Additional European language skills would be considered a strong advantage.
