About the Role
Looking for a sales role where you can genuinely earn and make an impact?
We’re looking for two ambitious Sales Executives to join a growing specialist business supplying standard and bespoke solutions to customers across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships and closing deals — without the grind of cold calling.
Our leads come through established website and marketing activity, meaning you’ll be speaking to genuine customers who already have an interest in our products and services.
What you’ll be selling
The business supplies standard shipping containers for storage, alongside bespoke container conversions and fabrication solutions.
The bespoke side of the business makes this particularly interesting. No two projects are necessarily the same, and you’ll need to understand what the customer is trying to achieve, develop the opportunity and build their confidence in the proposed solution.
You won’t be expected to design or technically quote complex projects yourself — specialist quotations are prepared internally. Your role is to develop the opportunity, manage the customer relationship and ultimately win the business.
Once an order is secured, you’ll retain ownership of the customer relationship and follow the project through to completion, including installation where applicable.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and developing genuine inbound sales enquiries
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Understanding customer requirements and identifying the right solution
- Developing opportunities from initial enquiry through to close
- Preparing and presenting commercial proposals with internal support
- Negotiating and successfully closing sales
- Maintaining ownership of customer relationships after the sale
- Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, operations and other departments
- Visiting customers, suppliers and installation sites when required
- Attending company meetings and other business events as necessary
- Contributing to customer success stories, case studies and wider marketing activity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is hungry for success, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys selling.
Because this is a home-based role, you’ll need to be highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload. You won’t have someone looking over your shoulder — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
At the same time, you won’t be working alone. You’ll receive full product training and ongoing support, and you’ll become an important part of a wider team.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in a consultative or relationship-led environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to ask for the sale and close opportunities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- A practical or technical mindset
- Confidence discussing measurements, dimensions and practical requirements
- A genuine curiosity about how things work

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, modular buildings, containers or a related sector would be advantageous, but it isn’t essential.
Most importantly, we want someone who can become genuinely enthusiastic about the products they’re selling and see the potential in creating solutions around customers’ individual requirements.
A full driving license is essential, as the role involves travel to customers, suppliers, sites and meetings when required.

Why this role?
This isn’t a high-volume, script-driven sales position.
You’ll be working with real customers, interesting projects and products that can be tailored to solve genuine problems. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own territory and relationships while having the backing of an established team around you.
If you’re commercially driven, technically curious and motivated by the opportunity to build relationships, win business and significantly increase your earnings as you develop, we’d love to hear from you.
