Role Description

This is a contract, commission-only remote role for a Sales Executive at ASLM Digital Solutions. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new leads, nurture relationships with prospective clients, and present ASLM’s software, automation, and AI offerings in a clear, compelling way.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online networking
  • Scheduling and leading discovery meetings
  • Preparing tailored proposals
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact through closing
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Monitoring market trends to refine sales strategies

Success in this position is measured by closed deals, revenue growth, and the ability to build a sustainable pipeline in target industries.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with experience using CRM or sales enablement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, solution presentation, and negotiation within technical or B2B service environments.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, including client-facing conversations, written proposals, and online presentations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value of software, automation, and AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, with comfort operating in a commission-only, performance-driven sales structure.
  • Experience selling professional services, SaaS, or technology solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with startup or founder-led company environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales.
