UK Sales Executive – Construction Technology

£55,000-£80,000 DOE + Bonus | Remote (some travel)

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building strong customer relationships, and helping organisations solve real challenges through technology?

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to join a growing technology business, selling solutions that help construction organisations work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and improve project outcomes.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, managing the sales process from prospecting through to close, and continuing to grow customer relationships beyond the initial sale.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop your territory, build a strong pipeline, and play a key role in driving growth within an exciting and fast-moving environment.

About the business

We’re working with an innovative technology company that is helping transform the way the construction industry operates. Through purpose-built software solutions, they support organisations across the built environment to improve collaboration, streamline processes, manage information more effectively, and deliver better project outcomes.

With a growing presence in the market and a strong focus on customer value, the business is continuing to scale and is looking for a talented sales professional to help drive the next stage of growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
