We are hiring: Sales Executive, Contract - UK & Ireland

At Audo Copenhagen, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive, Contract - UK & Ireland to join our growing Contract Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and representing the Audo brand across the region. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships within the A&D community, contract dealers and key project stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on the London market while also pursuing opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland.

About the role

  • Developing the market, increasing sales in the B2B sector
  • Building and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers and key accounts
  • Promoting Audo’s products and brand, ensuring Audo remains top of mind for key stakeholders
  • Networking – organising events and attending relevant trade fairs (national and international)
  • Communicating and acting in alignment with our company values
  • Building, developing and maintaining a high-value project pipeline
  • Maintaining the CRM system and focusing on your sales targets and KPIs

About you

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years’ experience selling furniture and/or lighting supported by an extensive network within the A&D community, dealers, and key accounts. You are motivated by identifying new business opportunities, converting them into sales, and building long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills, together with the commercial acumen required to make decisions that support both customer success and company objectives.

This is a field-based role with no fixed workplace. Regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland, as well as attendance at relevant trade fairs and industry events, will be required. A valid driver's licence is therefore preferred. To ensure close proximity to key customers, partners and projects, we anticipate the ideal candidate will be based in the Greater London area.

Autonomy is a defining aspect of this role, requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong time management and a structured approach to work. Ambition and a results-driven mindset are essential to achieving company targets. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a proactive, open-minded, and motivated approach, with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with potential customers.

In addition to your sales background, the ideal candidate should demonstrate good IT skills in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and similar applications. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; additional language skills would be an advantage.
