Sales Executive – CRM & GoHighLevel Specialist

Remote | Full-Time | Sales & Business Development

Salary: 2,500 GBP per month + commission

We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL), and a proven track record of closing leads generated through paid advertising, particularly Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

This role focuses on hosting Zoom demo calls with inbound leads, demonstrating our CRM and AI solutions, and converting paid advertising leads into paying clients.

We're looking for someone who understands the full sales process, from securing attendance to delivering effective demos, overcoming objections and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and deliver engaging Zoom demo calls with inbound leads generated through Meta Ads and other paid advertising channels.
  • Demonstrate CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel, and communicate their value to prospective clients.
  • Confidently handle objections, negotiate and close deals.
  • Convert inbound paid advertising leads into paying customers.
  • Maintain high appointment show rates through effective lead engagement, confirmation and follow-up.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximise conversion rates.
  • Identify client needs and tailor demonstrations to their business requirements.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
