Role: B2B Sales Executive
Location: London
Type: Permanent | Hybrid | Full-time
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 + Uncapped Commission
We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing wellness brands, on a mission to help people move better, recover faster and feel stronger. The brand is changing the way people think about recovery, making high-performance recovery technology more accessible beyond elite sport and into everyday life.
With inbound opportunities growing quickly, they’re now looking for a commercially hungry B2B Sales Executive to take ownership of this channel and help build it into a significant part of the business.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a traditional sales role where you inherit a fully built process and simply work through an existing pipeline.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close, and over time, you’ll help shape the sales process, identify what works and build a repeatable commercial playbook for the channel.
If you’re naturally commercial, brilliant with people and motivated by closing deals and seeing the direct impact of your work, this could be a brilliant opportunity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
