Job Description
DMARC Growth Specialist
Cybersecurity Sales | Existing Customer Accounts
Location: Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6EG (please note this role is based on-site, 5 days per week)
Start Your Career in Cybersecurity Sales
Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to build your career in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology?
We're looking for a DMARC Growth Specialist to join our growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you'll work with existing Radius Connect customers, helping them understand and protect themselves against modern email-based cyber threats such as phishing, spoofing and brand impersonation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales, account management or business development who wants to develop their consultative selling skills while becoming an expert in cybersecurity solutions.
You'll be given training, support and a warm customer base, allowing you to focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping businesses improve their security posture.
What You'll Be Doing
As a DMARC Growth Specialist, you'll engage with customers shortly after they join Radius Connect, helping them understand the risks facing their business and introducing solutions that provide greater protection and resilience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting newly acquired Radius Connect customers and building strong relationships from the outset.
- Conducting customer conversations focused on email security, domain protection and cyber risk awareness.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce DMARC and complementary cybersecurity solutions.
- Educating customers on threats such as phishing, email spoofing and brand impersonation.
- Delivering proactive outbound activity through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
- Managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities and maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Achieving monthly sales, revenue and activity targets.
What We're Looking For
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
