Your role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will support the Commercial Manager in achieving the company’s sales revenue targets in the Philippines. This role will focus on driving sales growth through business planning, account management, and execution of sales strategies across assigned territories.
Main responsibilities:
- Achieve the company’s sales revenue target for the Lens business in the assigned area.
- Sustain or exceed sales targets by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to sales strategies that support business growth and account expansion.
- Identify, develop, and manage new and ongoing business opportunities.
- Handle customer account management, including pre- and post-sales activities, relationship building, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and accounts receivable management.
- Collect and analyze competitors’ sales and marketing information to support strategy formulation.
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing plans to expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Perform other tasks and projects as may be assigned.

Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Sales or Marketing experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative and proactive in generating ideas to improve sales volume.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- A team player with integrity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Willing to travel within assigned areas (approximately 90% mobility).
