About the Opportunity

Peskind Executive Search is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading global technology organization seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth within the UK banking and financial services market. The company provides advanced cybersecurity and mobile application security solutions that help organizations identify vulnerabilities, conduct application penetration testing, strengthen security programs, and protect sensitive data. This is a highly strategic new-business sales role for an accomplished enterprise seller who understands the UK financial services landscape and can leverage existing industry relationships to open doors, develop opportunities, and close complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & New Business

  • Drive new business across UK banks, financial institutions, FinTechs, and other security-conscious enterprise organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, procurement, and close.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and booking targets.
  • Develop strategic account plans for priority financial services organizations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity reporting.

Customer & Market Development

  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs, cybersecurity leaders, application security teams, security engineering, technology executives, and other key stakeholders.
  • Leverage an established UK network to identify opportunities and gain access to strategic accounts.
  • Understand customers' cybersecurity, mobile application security, risk, and compliance challenges and position solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams throughout demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers, partners, and resellers.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within cybersecurity, application security, SaaS, cloud, eDiscovery, digital forensics, or related enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success selling into UK banks and financial institutions.
  • Strong existing network within the UK financial services ecosystem, ideally including relationships with CISOs, cybersecurity, AppSec, security engineering, and senior technology leaders.
  • Proven hunter mentality with experience generating net-new enterprise business.
  • Track record of personally managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Comfortable selling technical solutions and partnering with Sales Engineers on demonstrations, technical evaluations, and POCs.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven approach to pipeline generation, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Must reside in the United Kingdom.

Location & Travel

This is a remote UK-based position with limited travel to London for customer meetings, internal meetings, and occasional industry events.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven enterprise cybersecurity hunter and closer who already understands the UK financial services market. They have established relationships within major banks and financial institutions, can open doors quickly, and are comfortable navigating sophisticated security and technology buying environments. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important market while representing highly differentiated cybersecurity technology to some of the UK's largest financial institutions.
