About the Role
We’re on a mission to make the switch to sustainable transport and energy faster, easier and more affordable. We use our own technology stack, data smarts and industry knowledge to build a game-changing capability. Our intelligent energy platform helps our customers access renewable energy, understand consumer behaviour, and powers smart charging for EVs.
The worlds of energy and transport are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new paradigm. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.
Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Belux, Smart Home Charge and other innovative brands.

- Manage your pipeline of warm inbound leads from web enquiries and partner referrals
- Make outbound calls with supplementary SMS/emails to build rapport, qualify and present solutions to leads to sell them an Ohme charger and installation
- Follow up consistently and relentlessly to keep leads moving through the funnel, appreciating that some customers may need multiple contacts
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Use and provide feedback on AI tools being developed to support the sales function
- Collaborate with other Ohme teams (Customer Success and installer Account Managers) to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to completed install.
- Capture and share structured feedback from customers to help improve our product, messaging, and processes.
Who You Are
- Outgoing and Personable: Enjoy speaking to people and starting conversations. Be authentic and genuinely listen to the customer so you can be empathetic towards them.
- Inquisitive: Curious to find new ways to help Ohme create value for customers, and open to trying different ideas and feedback from colleagues.
- Excited by Getting Better: Not afraid of changing processes or technology - particularly the adoption of AI.
- Self-Starter: Enjoy building and developing your own pipeline without needing to be prompted.
- Reliable: A consistent performer who can be trusted by the team to deliver every month.

Required Experience
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in D2C or similar short-cycle sales environments.
- Proven experience in outbound sales calls.
