Motia | Leeds - LS16 6QY | Full-Time | Office Based

Motia is recruiting ambitious and motivated individuals to join our sales team, industry experience is not required as we'll provide full training, ongoing coaching, and a clear pathway into a Senior Sales Executive role.

About The Role

You'll be speaking with business owners and decision-makers across the UK, helping them save money and manage their fleets through our range of fuel cards and fleet solutions. You'll learn how to build customer relationships, identify opportunities and close sales over the phone.

Products include:

  • Shell
  • BP
  • Esso
  • Texaco
  • Allstar
  • Other leading fuel and fleet products

What You'll Be Doing

  • Making outbound business-to-business calls
  • Introducing our products and services to potential customers
  • Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Following up leads and enquiries
  • Learning effective sales and negotiation techniques
  • Updating customer records using our CRM system
  • Working towards achievable sales targets

Requirements
