About 60

60 helps businesses generate pipeline and win new customers through AI-powered personalised outreach, data and growth campaigns. We combine technology, creative execution and proven sales processes to help our clients reach the right people with highly relevant messages. Our services range from focused entry campaigns through to larger, ongoing programmes incorporating data collection, outbound outreach, advertising and strategic growth support.

We are now looking for a Bristol-based Sales Executive to help us turn growing demand into revenue.

The opportunity

This is an ideal role for an ambitious salesperson who is ready for more responsibility and wants to build a career in AI and technology sales.

You might currently be an SDR looking to move into closing, or you may have experience selling events, recruitment, agency services or another clear B2B offer.

Initially, the role will combine closing qualified opportunities with generating some of your own pipeline. As our campaigns and lead-generation engine continue to grow, the position will progressively become more focused on running sales calls and closing business.

You will work directly with the founder and receive support from our campaigns and creative teams. You will not be expected to build the entire sales machine yourself: the process, marketing support and campaign infrastructure will already be around you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Running discovery calls, demonstrations and sales conversations with prospective clients.
  • Selling our core AI-powered personalised outreach services.
  • Progressing into larger conversations involving data, outbound campaigns, advertising and ongoing client programmes.
  • Following up with previous opportunities and prospects who did not initially convert.
  • Creating additional opportunities through personalised video outreach, networking and local business events.
  • Managing your pipeline, follow-ups and forecasts consistently.
  • Working with our campaigns and creative teams to develop outreach ideas, adverts and sales materials.
  • Sharing feedback from sales conversations to help improve our offers, messaging and processes.
  • Working alongside the founder on larger or more strategic opportunities during your ramp-up period.
  • Taking increasing ownership of higher-value sales as your product knowledge and confidence develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
