Role Summary

The Sales Executive (EMEA) drives regional growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the IoT connectivity sector. This mid-level, full-time remote role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting and managing the full sales cycle to expand our footprint across diverse industrial markets. Success is measured by the ability to build a self-sustained pipeline and convert technical requirements into long-term commercial partnerships.

Work Setup & Collaboration

  • 100% Remote: Requires high autonomy and the ability to manage a territory across EU time zones independently.
  • Outbound Focus: Operates in a high-activity environment where success depends on self-generated leads rather than inbound flow.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure solution feasibility and seamless onboarding.
  • Process Integrity: Maintains high CRM hygiene and documentation standards to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, PE-backed setting.

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers at OEMs and technology firms.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial research and cold outreach through to negotiation and contract execution.
  • Qualify customer requirements deeply to uncover business pain points and align them with IoT connectivity solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent movement through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor connectivity packages, including eSIM and eUICC solutions, for complex deployments.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity records within the CRM to provide visibility into regional performance.
  • Drive territory growth by identifying emerging market trends and networking within the EMEA IoT ecosystem.
  • Operate with high ownership, taking responsibility for meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets without direct supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
