Job Opportunity: Sales Executive
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: GBP25,000 + Commission

Overview
We are recruiting for one of the UK and Ireland's leading workplace health providers, delivering occupational health, health surveillance, and occupational hygiene services to over 2,000 clients.
This role is all about bringing new customers on board, helping employers protect their workforce, and showcasing how our innovative solutions can make a difference. If you're ambitious, confident, and ready to shape the future of workplace health, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
Building Your Pipeline
- Proactively prospect for new business via phone, email, and online channels.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing, our website, and partner referrals.
- Qualify opportunities effectively, focusing on prospects with the greatest potential.

Winning the Deal
- Conduct engaging conversations to understand client needs and demonstrate how our services can solve their challenges.
- Prepare and present compelling quotes and proposals.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet your new-business target.
Ensuring a Smooth Handover
- Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Sell solutions that align with client needs and our service capabilities.
Staying Organised
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) up to date with accurate and timely information.
- Record outcomes of deals to help refine our sales strategies.
- Provide honest and reliable forecasts of your pipeline.
Qualifications
We're looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Here's what we're seeking:
Essential
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales in B2B services, health, compliance, or regulated industries.
- Confidence in prospecting and making outbound calls, with resilience to handle rejection.
- Strong organisational skills to manage a full pipeline effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting targets and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a commitment to keeping them up to date.
- A willingness to learn and grow through coaching and feedback.

Day-to-Day
Your Typical Day Will Involve
- Prospecting for new clients and following up on warm leads.
- Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Preparing quotes, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Updating the CRM with accurate details and maintaining a reliable sales forecast.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
