Job Title: Sales Executive, ETF Solutions

The Sales Executive, ETF Solutions will play a key role in building and driving pipeline and revenue for Calastone and SS&C's range of ETF propositions. Working closely with colleagues across Calastone and GIDS, you will combine consultative selling, structured discovery and go-to-market collaboration to help shape and scale our ETF servicing proposition globally.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Build and own the ETF servicing sales pipeline from prospecting and structured discovery through to deal execution.
- Identify and engage ETF issuers, asset servicers, platforms, authorised participants, market makers and other ecosystem partners.
- Leverage SS&C's client base, internal network and subject-matter expertise to uncover cross-sell and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the ETF team on segmentation, targeting, value proposition development, use cases and go-to-market execution.
- Lead early-stage commercial conversations, support solution framing and proposals, and progress qualified opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Partner with Product, Legal, Client Delivery, Operations and Marketing to coordinate opportunity progression and feed market insight into the ETF proposition.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting activity in Salesforce while keeping up to date with ETF market, regulatory and competitive developments.
What You Will Bring:
- Sales or relationship-management experience within ETFs, capital markets, fund servicing or market structure.
- Strong understanding of the ETF ecosystem, its key participants and associated operational flows.
- A proven track record of originating, qualifying and progressing complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in a large financial services environment; previous exposure to SS&C or a similar organisation would be advantageous.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery and commercial communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers and technical SMEs.
- Good CRM discipline and familiarity with structured sales methodologies, pipeline management and forecasting.
- A proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in an evolving, early-stage proposition environment.
