Sales Account Manager

As a professional Sales Account Manager, you will be part of an office-based digital sales team with the occasional requirement to travel to customer sites. You will be responsible for selling our B2B and B2C automotive software to new customers covering the UK and Ireland.

As a Salesperson, you will work alongside a team to build new client relationships by making outbound calls to automotive workshops and garages and speaking to business owners and decision-makers. You will need to have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to be resourceful and use initiative when it comes to generating new leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and managing a pipeline of prospect customers
  • Generating new business leads and qualifying information
  • Contact potential new clients to sell our products and services
  • Account manage the existing customer base
  • Maintain and update accurate information on our CRM database
  • Demonstrate the software online with customers
  • Upsell additional services to existing clients
  • Support sales and marketing activities as required, like shows and events

  • Sales hungry person with experience of automotive/tyre garage sales environment
  • Tenacious when faced with busy garage owners

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a thoroughly professional approach
  • Ability to work under pressure

Special Conditions

  • A valid driving licence and passport is essential as travel will be required as part of the role
