FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established exhibitions and events business with the recruitment of a Sales Executive.
Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.
Salary:
Fully negotiable depending on experience + Bonus + Progression + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business across exhibition stand design, build, event services and sponsorship opportunities
- Develop leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals and industry research
- Build strong relationships with exhibitors, event organisers, agencies and corporate clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and close
- Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maximise repeat business
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable exhibition solutions
- Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity

Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, exhibition sales, events or a related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting to clients and managing commercial conversations
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience within exhibition stand design and build would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of trade shows, conferences and live events would be beneficial
- Existing contacts within the events or exhibitions industry would be advantageous
