What We Offer
- Basic salary: £22,000
- On-target earnings (OTE): up to £45,000 with bonus

The Role
You’ll Support Customers Throughout Their Motorcycle Journey, Including:
- Welcoming customers and guiding them through viewing and test rides
- Clearly explaining finance, insurance, and accessory options
- Supporting the process from first conversation through to delivery
- Building genuine, respectful relationships by listening carefully and understanding individual needs

What We’re Looking For
- Currently working in a sales environment (any industry)
- A genuine interest in motorcycles and the wider motorcycle community
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- A full motorcycle licence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, open to learning, and enjoys helping others make informed decisions.
