Sales Executive
High-Volume Inbound Enquiries | Fast-Paced, People-Focused Role
Sheffield | Full-time | On-site
If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy speaking to customers, and get a buzz from turning enquiries into meaningful outcomes, this role will keep you energized every day.
We’re working with a long-established Sheffield-based organization with a constant flow of inbound enquiries from customers looking for support, information, and next-step guidance. You’ll be the first point of contact — qualifying leads, understanding needs quickly, and arranging appointments or next actions that move people forward.
This is not hard sales. It’s fast-paced customer engagement, relationship building, and managing a busy pipeline of warm inbound leads.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling a high volume of inbound enquiries each day
- Qualifying customers, understanding what they need, and guiding them to the right solution
- Booking and coordinating appointments, meetings, or next-step actions
- Building quick rapport and delivering a positive first-contact experience
- Following up consistently to convert interest into committed action
- Using a modern CRM to manage leads, track conversations, and stay on top of your pipeline
- Working closely with a supportive team across operations, customer care, and service delivery
