The Role
Referment is working with an established B2B events and insights business looking for a Sales Executive with proven SaaS sales experience and the ambition to develop their career.
The business connects solution providers with senior decision-makers at medium and large enterprises. You will sell sponsorship opportunities across a regular programme of events, helping clients reach relevant buyers and support their business development goals.
We’re particularly interested in candidates currently selling marketing software, customer data platforms, CRM or sales technology who want to apply their enterprise sales experience in a different market.
Responsibilities
- Develop new-business opportunities through outreach and lead generation.
- Understand prospects’ target markets, commercial objectives, and buying criteria.
- Pitch relevant sponsorship opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process from qualification through negotiation and close.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver against agreed targets.

What We’re Looking For
- You must have experience selling SaaS solutions to medium and large enterprises, with genuine responsibility for closing deals. You should be able to explain your performance through quota attainment, deal sizes, and conversion rates.
- A structured sales approach is important, ideally with experience using MEDDIC. Experience managing sales cycles of six months or less would be particularly relevant.
- We’re looking for someone whose career demonstrates stability, commitment, and sustained results. This opportunity suits a salesperson who wants to build a long-term career and progress into greater responsibility.
