Company Description
Charles Street Finance (“CSF”) is a specialist secured lender based in Cheadle, South Manchester. Established in 1983, we’re a small team but have doubled the size of the loan book over 2 years such that we are seeking to grow and enhance the existing personnel in key areas to further facilitate our ambitions.
We are all about a common-sense proposition built around attention to detail and speed of response whilst always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new and repeat business by building strong relationships with brokers and clients, proactively generating deal opportunities, and supporting cases through to completion.

Working closely with field-based & Internal BDMs and underwriting, you’ll be responsible for packaging deals efficiently, maintaining momentum across cases, and helping to maximise client retention and long-term value.
Please note, this is a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and that candidates must be comfortable working towards and being accountable for monthly performance targets. This includes maintaining strong activity levels (calls and teams meetings), as well as delivering against key outputs such as applications and completions.
As a Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to:
- Issue terms on agreed deals in line with credit appetite and service standards
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion ("cradle to grave")
- Prepare clear, accurate, and commercially focused case summaries for underwriting
- Ensure all leads and updates are accurately keyed onto internal systems
- Maintain and effectively manage the CRM to support pipeline visibility and follow-ups
- Regularly contact existing clients to identify refinancing and retention opportunities
- Support external BDMs by packaging cases for submission to underwriting
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with brokers and introducers
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently
- Hit KPI’s for application packs and deals completed
Qualifications
Essential
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good Telephone Manner, able to articulate in a clear way
- Ability to multi-task to ensure SLA’s are met
- Able to develop successful working relationships and build trust and confidence with intermediaries
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual and well organised
- Good administration skills
