Are you currently in a sales role and looking to break into the travel industry? This is the perfect opportunity to work for a cruise company as a Cruise Sales Executive with the main focus on reconnecting with customers via outbound calls and emails. This role is Monday to Friday and based in the office and comes with a salary of £26,100 and OTE up to around £60k.

- Outbound cold & warm calling to reengage inactive customers
- Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions
- Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why
- Update CRM records accurately
- Build friendly, professional rapport
- Meet and exceed retention target
Cruise Sales Executive skills required
- Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required)
- Strong objection handling and questioning skills
- Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM and dialling systems
