£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Top Consultants Earned £5,000+ Commission Last Month
Leeds | Office Based

Want to earn the kind of commission that genuinely changes your pay packet?

If you're motivated by money, this could be exactly what you've been looking for. Last month alone, three of the team's top Sales Executives each earned over £5,000 in commission, with the average commission across the sales team exceeding £1,500.

With a £30,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and realistic first-year earnings of £50,000 OTE, this is a genuine opportunity to build an excellent income while working with customers who already want to hear from you.

No cold calling.
No chasing uninterested prospects.
Just warm enquiries and the opportunity to convert interest into sales.

The Opportunity

We're recruiting for an ambitious, rapidly growing business that's expanding its successful Leeds sales team.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll speak with customers who have already enquired about treatment. Your job is to build trust, understand their needs and guide them towards the right solution.

If you're competitive, enjoy speaking with people and are driven by earning commission, you'll thrive here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
